Since 2019, every veteran I treat is billed directly through FMP. No upfront payment, no reimbursement form, no waiting for the VA to send a check. That's not the standard out here. It's how this practice has worked from day one.

Unlike most providers abroad, we bill the VA directly. You pay nothing upfront and never wait for a reimbursement.

  1. Bring Your Letters

    FMP covers physical therapy for the conditions on your FMP benefits letter. Download it from VA.gov Letters and bring your disability breakdown letter too. You need no referral and no prior authorization.

    If the letter is missing or lists the wrong conditions, ask for a correction through Ask VA, the VA's online question service.

  2. Start Care

    Book a consultation by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Treatment is in person in Medellín.

  3. We Bill the VA

    We file the claim and the clinical documentation in English. You pay nothing.

At 12, Raquel lost all movement to Guillain-Barré syndrome. That experience shaped her empathy, her approach, her understanding of what patients face. With 20 years of clinical experience, including ICU rehabilitation and coronary care, she has treated US veterans in Medellín since 2019.
